Herb-Roasted Chicken Thighs

Roasted Organic Chicken Thighs with Herbs
Tender, juicy, and full of flavor — these organic chicken thighs are seasoned with fresh garden herbs and roasted to perfection. A simple dish that lets real food speak for itself. 

Ingredients

  • 1 whole organic free-range chicken (about 1.5–2 kg)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves

  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 lemon, halved

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Pat chicken dry, season inside and out with salt and pepper.

  3. Rub with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil.

  4. Place lemon halves inside cavity.

  5. Roast for 1 hour 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

  6. Rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Serving suggestion: With roasted root vegetables and a green salad.
