Roasted Organic Chicken Thighs with Herbs
Tender, juicy, and full of flavor — these organic chicken thighs are seasoned with fresh garden herbs and roasted to perfection. A simple dish that lets real food speak for itself.
Ingredients

1 whole organic free-range chicken (about 1.5–2 kg)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves

2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

1 lemon, halved

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt & black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Pat chicken dry, season inside and out with salt and pepper.

Rub with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil.

Place lemon halves inside cavity.

Roast for 1 hour 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
