Garlic & Broccoli Stir-Fry

This dish delivers sulfur compounds from garlic and cruciferous compounds from broccoli — both proven to activate liver detox pathways.

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 small handful cashews
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 splash tamari or soy sauce
Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cashews, stir-fry until golden.
Add broccoli florets and a splash of water, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Season with tamari and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
