
Detox Kale & Berry Smoothie
This smoothie is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and plant protein — a simple way to boost detox and resilience.
Ingredients
1 handful curly kale leaves
1 banana
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 cup fresh guava juice (or orange juice if preferred)
Preparation
Wash and roughly chop the kale.
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
