Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Coconut & Cashew Crumble

Decadent, nutrient-dense, and naturally sweet. A great way to get healthy fats and Vitamin E — with no sugar crash.

Ingredients (Serves 4 small glasses):
– 2 ripe avocados
– 100 g dark chocolate (min. 70%, melted)
– 3 tbsp coconut cream
– 2 tbsp raw honey or coconut syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of sea salt
– 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
– 2 tbsp crushed roasted cashews

Instructions:

  1. Blend avocados, melted chocolate, coconut cream, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth and glossy.

  2. Spoon into small glasses or bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Before serving, top with toasted coconut flakes and crushed cashews.

Delivers Vitamin E and good fats to help absorb A, D, and K — and it’s absolutely delicious.
