Stir fry is the mother of fast Food

It's amazing to see real pros cooking with a wok, which is an impressive skill. However, if you skip heat, flames and flying stuff, it's surprisingly easy to handle a wok as a newbie and come up with a nice stir fry. It's definitely worth a try, because this can be your key to a limitless range of delicious foods in just minutes!
Just get started because you will love it. Cooking doesn't have to be sophisticated.
Cover the bottom of the wok with two spoons of oil, turn on medium to low heat, cut the proteins of your choice; meat, poultry, fish, or vegan into cubes and throw them in. Add onions and garlic, the vegetables you like and finish with noodles, rice or even sweet potatoes, everything goes. Soy and hoi-sin sauce are all you need to flavour your creation, spice up with chilies, fry for 5-10 min and voila, a great dish in just 5 min more than it takes to microwave a frozen burger.
If you get the hang of it, be creative with different ingredients, if you keep the heat low, it's actually difficult to ruin your stir fry. And what I really like: you only have to clean one single wok.
